Launch focus

Water first. Density first.

  • 01 Champlin and Anoka seed routes
  • 02 Skyline and nearby MDU calls
  • 03 Monday or Thursday delivery windows
  • 04 Coffee and filtration added after water traction

For residents

Less carrying. Less guessing. Better water on a route that makes sense.

Fixed delivery days

Residents choose a route day instead of picking random appointment slots. That keeps service reliable as the route grows.

Apartment-aware delivery

Unit notes, building codes, concierge instructions, and proof photos live with each account.

QR-tracked bottles

Every jug gets a unique ID so deliveries, pickups, deposits, fill count, and inventory location stay clean.

Quality transparency

Batch pH, TDS, and safety records are designed to be visible from the bottle label.

For MDU operators

Resident water delivery plus a simple amenity package for the office.

Communities can start with resident delivery and a rental-office water setup. Ice makers, storage closets, emergency jug cache, and coffee replenishment are optional requests based on the building.

The manager offer

Approve resident delivery, share the signup QR, and choose whether the office needs a cooler only or cooler plus ice. If the building can provide a closet for inventory, MinneAqua can track cache usage and revenue share.

Referral engine

Make every resident, leasing agent, and community manager a possible growth channel.

Resident referrals

Capture who referred a new customer so credits or gift cards can be paid after the new account stays active.

Community bird dogs

Track manager and staff referrals separately from resident referrals, with a monthly payout view later.

Closet cache revenue share

Flag buildings that provide storage for emergency jugs, then track usage and future revenue share by community.

Marketing tables

Use one signup flow at weekend tables, community events, and weekday leasing-office meetings.

Quality system

Built to turn compliance into trust.

Launch records will separate purified and alkaline batches, with pH verification for alkaline runs and batch codes tied back to bottles.
